The Counseling Department has helpful links for families and students to navigate Naviance. Naviance is an American college and career readiness software provider that partners with high schools to provide students with college planning and career assessment tools. Students use it to gather information on various colleges and offers a free search engine, SuperMatch, which allows students to search for colleges that align with their specific interests. For example, students can select areas of the country where they’d like to attend, school size, majors of interest, available clubs and activities. Naviance is also useful in categorizing your students colleges of interest as a safety, target or reach school using “Scattergrams.”
