Our Walton Community is the best! BIG thanks to those that have already supported the Foundation’s spring Capital Campaign and Auction fundraisers.
Through the “Commit to the W” campaign and our annual auction, we’ve raised $194K to date towards our goals for the 2023-24 school year. Based on the estimated total at this time, Walton is able to hire one full-time teacher to help with class size reduction in English and a half-time business teacher for all the students that have registered for this popular elective. We hope to finish strong and leverage any additional funds to add to additional teaching or counseling staff.
If you donated to the Foundation between July 1, 2022 and now, you helped make this possible and we thank you!
We still have critical opportunities ahead. If you didn’t donate this year, It’s not too late! Gifts of any size will support our efforts around class size reduction. All donations received from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 will be applied to our goals for the 2023-24 school year. Since the bulk of our fundraising goes into hiring additional staff, we must raise funds this year, for next year.
Thank you for all you do for our Walton Community.
