Raising funds to enrich the Walton High School Community
The 2019-20 Student Leadership Council Scholarship winner is Carly Judenberg. Carly has been a very active member of SLC all four years of high school. She is headed to UGA in the fall. We wish Carly all the best in her future endeavors.
Now is a great time for your student to get ahead on their required summer reading. Bookmiser, one of East Cobb’s local small businesses, has been a proud Walton supporter for many years! Typically, Bookmiser would offer the required summer reading books during lunch at Walton for one week in April for a 20% discount. Due to the closing of school, Bookmiser has graciously offered to sell the required summer reading books through their shop from April 20, 2020 through May 15, 2020 for the same 20% discount. All you have to do is call Bookmiser at 770-509-5611, order your required summer reading book(s), and let them know you attend Walton. Items can be picked up curbside, delivered, or even mailed for a flat $3.99 shipping charge.
