Habitat for Humanity is Back at Walton!
Walton’s Habitat for Humanity invites Parents & Students for an Information Session: October 7th, 6:30pm, Media Center Lecture Hall
Walton Habitat was very active in the past with over 200+ student members, raising over $40,000 a year. Because of new Cobb County regulations, we were unable to fundraise all of last year and weren’t able to participate in the build. We are trying to build a strong Parent Board to supervise volunteering opportunities and fundraisers and bring back this amazing and necessary organization to Walton.
This club has allowed students to earn many service hours in the past and actively serve in their community! This is a great cause, and we would love for students to join and parents to volunteer.
